Making horticulture more accessible to all has been a hot topic for the last few years – and rightly so. A more equal, diverse and inclusive industry allows for more creativity and has been known to produce a thriving workforce – one that draws on each team member’s individual backgrounds and experiences. Our panellists have all been working towards diversifying horticulture and ensuring it’s an attractive industry to as many people as possible.

Chris Bridgman is currently the Vice-Chair of GRO – Green Roof Organisation – Trade Body for the UK and led on developing the UK qualification for the installation and maintenance of green roofs. Managing Partner of Bridgman & Bridgman LLP, national living roof contractors. Chris is also the founder of World Green Roof Day which takes place annually on the 6th June.
